The Autonomy Lab (TAL) is a physical innovation hub and experience where companies (SMEs, civil society organizations, and media companies) can develop a roadmap for the transition to European Tech/Digital alternatives. It combines a European technology innovation sandbox, a practice-oriented migration lab, and a living showroom for technological innovations that align with European standards for digital sovereignty.
With the launch of TAL, we are translating abstract policy into a tangible and interactive experience that contributes to positioning Europe as a credible digital alternative. TAL is designed as a scalable and exportable model that can also be applied in other locations.
Phase 1 consists of appointing a project manager and onboarding partners. To date, we have onboarded approximately 15 public and private partners.
