Together with JADS datalab, we have analyzed over 900 European studies within the disinformation domain conducted over the past 5 years, creating a unique research database with European disinformation information. We focused on disinformation regarding politics, climate, health, and immigration.
The goal of this project was to create a valuable database within which we can conduct further research on trends, geopolitical differences, and lessons learned from that entire period. There is a clear taxonomy, a reliable database, and a list of crudentials
with which we were able to assess whether the studies were also valid.
In addition, the system is structured in such a way that we can utilize the database for further research. We are now entering into discussions with our scientific partners to jointly determine what next steps we can take.
